2025 InfoComm & Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Recap
The 1 SOUND booth at InfoComm
Two Weeks of Connection + Conversation
From the Cruise Ship Interiors Expo to InfoComm, these past two weeks have been packed with energizing conversations and inspiring exchanges with designers, integrators, and AV professionals from all over the world. Whether on the show floor or in our demo room, it was clear that great sound is a shared passion—and one that crosses industries and design disciplines.
At InfoComm, our audio demo room gave us the chance to show, not just tell. Our founder and designer, Lou, was there leading each session—breaking down the design approach behind our loudspeakers and giving insight into how we think about sound as part of the full experience. These demos sparked thoughtful conversations on topics like how audio influences human behavior in public spaces, the relationship between sound and sales in retail and hospitality, and what to listen for when aiming to reproduce music faithfully.
Over at the Cruise Ship Interiors Expo, we got to connect with the people who think about sound from the earliest stages of a project. Being able to speak directly with interior designers, architects, and cruise operators about the long-term value of audio integration was a major highlight. When the conversation includes both design and technical teams, truly thoughtful solutions start to take shape.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to listen, learn, and share. These connections are what make what we do meaningful—and they’re what keep us excited to keep pushing forward.
The HIGHLIGHTs:
Level Series Wins InfoComm’s Installation Best in Show Award
We’re honored that InfoComm awarded the Level Series with the Installation Best in Show Award, selected from all the new products across the tradeshow floor. It’s a meaningful recognition of the thought, detail, and purpose behind this series—and what it makes possible in real-world spaces.
COQODAQ Takes Home Mondo-DR Award
In collaboration with integrator Global AV, we were honored for the audio design and implementation behind COQODAQ at this year’s Mondo-DR Awards. The integrator’s expert use of 1 SOUND loudspeakers played a defining role in the win, and we’re proud to have our products at the heart of such a standout project. It’s an honor to see this installation recognized on an international stage.
Our Audio Demo Room
1 SOUND’s founder and audio designer, Lou, led audio demonstrations, where each session was different as attendees brought fresh questions and reactions to the conversation. While showcasing 1 SOUND’s new loudspeakers, these meetings sparked conversations about audio design, implementation, presentation and support for customers, and more.
NEW ON THE FLOOR
Level Series
Designed for architectural flexibility and high-performance coverage, the Level Series was front and center in the demo room. Each demo offered something different—led by our Founder, Lou, who shared stories behind the design and the versatility this new series brings to multi-use spaces.
Monitors
Also new this year: our concert-grade monitors, created for precision listening in critical environments. Clean, balanced, and intentional in every detail—these monitors are already making their way into new installs across performance and broadcast spaces.
SUB28 Banquette Subwoofer
We also unveiled the SUB28 Banquette Sub—a compact, dual-driver subwoofer designed to disappear under banquette seating without compromising on output or depth. We’re excited to see this solution open up new options for low-end reinforcement in design-forward spaces.
Partnering with Powersoft to Launch Nota
We were proud to support Powersoft in their demo of the new Nota Amplifier. Their booth featured 1 SOUND loudspeakers—including two Cannons and a Wall Subwoofer—to help bring Nota’s potential to life. Our products also appeared in two other booths across the floor—thank you to everyone who included us in their setups and stories.
