HQ2 Nightclub Deploys CT28 DJ Monitors
Based on the success of their 1 SOUND Audio System for the HQ2 Beachclub, HQ2 managers decided to outfit their indoor nightclub’s DJ Booth with custom 1 SOUND monitors as well. The venue manager for both clubs started to receive requests for the “blue speakers” they had at the beach club to be inside at HQ2 Nightclub, when they would do a doubleheader, performing a set at the indoor club later in the evening. It was not until this summer when Anthem SSL Productions chose to beef up the HQ2 Beachclub system with 1 SOUND’s new CT212s, that the club manager decided to take two back-to-back home runs on the outdoor audio designs and go for three by implementing 1 SOUND at HQ2 Nightclub.
Anthem installed two Contour CT28s directly into the DJ booth using a 1 SOUND 16-inch tube with the Contour Tube Mount and Rigging System accessories. Using the Rigging Systems, they were able to have the perfect angle for the DJ. A SUB2112 was placed inside the DJ booth.
