Panorama System

• The Panorama 65 is a premium self-contained loudspeaker system that delivers a true stereo spatialized sound field from a single, ADA-compliant, discreet enclosure.

• The Panorama 65 is offered in a remote powered kit and an active version that has analog and digital inputs such as HDMI e-ARC, Milan/ABV, AES67, and Dante. It is a flush-mounted loudspeaker that can be recessed into a wall or aimed with its Tilt Bracket.

Description

Panorama 65 is a premium self-contained loudspeaker system that delivers a true stereo spatialized sound field from a single, ADA-compliant, discreet enclosure. The Panorama features 1 SOUND’s Mono+Stereo Technology; this loudspeaker was engineered to have a hybrid mid+sides sonic image with a consistent mono throughout the whole field.

The Panorama is high-fidelity and full range with impactful bass down to 40 Hz, meaning there is no subwoofer required. It provides nominal coverage of 120° horizontally and 70° vertically with a maximum SPL of 122 dB.

The Panorama is only 3.78" (96 mm) deep when mounted flush to a wall using its included bracket. It is also ideal for custom recessed installations, as its relatively shallow depth means it maintains its full audio characteristics even when the baffle is flush with a surface. The Tilt Bracket accessory is a rigid mount to the loudspeaker, offering several down-tilt angles. Isolated free-standing deployment is achievable with the Stand accessory.

The Panorama is ideal as a multichannel TV sound bar (it is the same width as a 65” TV), stand-alone listening system, distributed audio system, in applications such as classrooms, conference rooms, museums, private dining spaces, residential, and more. The Panorama is offered in two different versions: Active and Remote Powered. The construction is IP55 rated and saltwater resistant. Like all 1 SOUND loudspeakers, the Panorama is available in custom colors and finishes for indoor and outdoor applications. 

Panorama Active
The Panorama 65 Active offers an IEC 100-240 V AC cable to plug directly into a standard 120-240 V outlet. Multiple inputs are available, such as an analog Phoenix Connector for a L/R, HDMI e-ARC, and a Network Port for AES67, Milan/AVB, and Dante.

Panorama Remote Power
The Panorama Remote Powered kit contains an external Powersoft Mezzo 604A amplifier and cable kit for deployment.

Using the Mono+Stereo Controller, Mono+Stereo Technology starts with L/R and divides it into a mono (mid) plus sides. From there, the M+S is arranged in this compact Panorama MS34 loudspeaker, preserving the true mono while surrounding the listener with a spacious stereo image. 

As a stand-alone mono loudspeaker (switch and preset dependent), it can become a horizontal line source, helping to preserve its off-axis frequency response while adding 5 more dB of gain.

This loudspeaker is “1 of a kind” as a front fill, under balcony, monitor, and an installed distributed system. 

ADDITIONAL FEATURE: M+S/Mono switch transforms the Panorama MS34 into a mono line source (vertical or horizontal) with 5 dB more output than M+S mode.

M+S CONTROLLER SPECIFICATION & DATA SHEET

The M+S Controller is an analog audio device that accepts a stereo (L/R) signal and outputs mono+stereo (MS). This unit is active and electronically balances the outputs enabling longer cable runs. The controller is capable of providing audio for two discrete L/R mixes.

The M+S controller is a necessary component for the MS34 to operate in M+S mode. It is not necessary to operate the MS34 in mono (line source) mode.
